On the surface these seem simple enough yet there is more to each one than meets the eye, and resetting our lives with the health message and internalising each of the habits above with the leading of the Holy Spirit is the first priority of our mission to receive the Seal of God - To be transformed by the renewing of our minds. Sharing these truths is the second priority. The distractions and flaws in our thoughts and character will be used by the enemy to fight against these very positive changes.
